The following information is intended to help you understand the purchase process, and to ensure that all transactions are conducted in line with the relevant UK laws. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

I sell my own original fine artwork and a range of high quality products derived from it. These include high quality giclee fine art prints (both limited and open editions), professionally printed greetings cards and a yearly calendar.
I retain copyright on all artwork, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
My original artwork is mainly water based oil paintings. Medium, approximate size and surface is described with the picture of each work on the website. (Exact sizes are available on request.)
Purchase of original paintings is of the unique, original artwork. I retain all copyright on the artwork.
Advertised prices on original paintings are for the unframed artwork.
If you would like original artwork framed, I can arrange this at an extra charge.
The colours of the images of my paintings and products on my website may appear slightly different in person due to different monitor settings and/or the effects of varnishing on original paintings (if this has been done after photographing it).
I endeavour to ensure that items advertised as available are in stock, but this cannot be guaranteed.
I do my best to ensure that all pricing and information shown on the website is correct, but it is possible that errors may occur.
